Our Curriculum
Tailoring lessons to student’s needs
Language learning is a complex process and differs from student to student. Because of this, our teachers aim to tailor their lessons to each student’s individual needs, language goals and style of learning.
Teaching from an eclectic curriculum
Our curriculum uses a blend of methods drawn from widely known and used language teaching approaches, including GPA, to provide a solid and comprehensive language experience. We want our students not to memorize and repeat but to know and understand the language in such a way that they can use it with both fluency and accuracy in all the different contexts they find themselves.
Interacting with a wide range of authentic materials
Alongside our in-house curriculum based on decades of Egyptian Arabic teaching experience, we use a wide variety of authentic language materials ranging from simple pictures, games and talk shows to more difficult texts such as news programs, novels, poems and academic texts.
Illuminating the culture interwoven with the language
Our lessons are rich with learning that highlight the culture within which the language is spoken. This give our students the necessary insight for living, working and enjoying their time in Egypt.
Anchoring into community
We aim always to build a positive and welcoming community for students to feel at home as they begin to anchor themselves in their local communities and workplaces.
